Konza’s Coaches offer 5 Programs. Each is found on BTWB tracking app and come with Monthly memberships.
STRENGTH: This track is programmed is increase your abilities in the five factors: Leg STRENGTH, Vo2 Max, Lean Body Mass, Grip STRENGTH, and Foot Speed. All Functional Fitness classes follow this track.
OLYMPIC: This track is programmed to increase your abilities in the two OLYMPIC weightlifting movements: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The Olympic Weightlifting class follows this track.
POWER: This track is programmed to increase your abilities in the POWERlifting movements: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. This track is currently followed by athletes but has no class–yet.
FITNESS: This track is programmed to increase your abilities in the five factors: Leg Strength, Vo2 Max, Lean Body Mass, Grip Strength, and Foot Speed. FITNESS is different from STRENGTH due to its use of less complex movements and ability to be done without the need of a coach. It’s currently followed by athletes but has no class–yet.
COMPETE: This track is programmed for those that desire to COMPETE in partner, team, or individual competitions/throwdowns. This track follows a STRENGTH biased approach to create capacity and proficiency in high skill STRENGTH and conditioning movements. It’s currently followed by athletes but has no class–yet.
