Functional Fitness 60 minute group class lead by one or more coaches. Class incorporates all styles of fitness from weightlifting, gymnastic, stongman, and various cardio apparatuses. Coached by Kenney, Aaron, Jaq, Jayna, Brooke and Cory.
Open Gym Use the facility to carry out your own workouts, make-up a workout you missed, or come in to work on skills.
Nutrition Coaching One on one nutrition coaching from one of our talented and knowledgeable staff members. Will have weekly check ins and monthly sit downs to discuss your progress.
Youth Strength Youth class focused on the Principles of Strength and Conditioning. We’ll create strength through tension and build posture/position. Faster, Higher, Stronger.
Youth Fundamentals Learn the fundamentals of Strength & Conditioning. Geared towards younger athletes that haven’t spent much time in a weightlifting setting.
Personal Training One-on-one training with any of our coaches to directly impact a specific goal. Personal training can be two-on-one.
