Why you got started in fitness?

I’ve been climbing trees and jumping fences for many moons. Getting personal results has always been great, but giving others results dwarfs my own.

Why you continue with fitness?

Increasing physical stress helps make sense of mental and emotional stress.

Mindset is the word I attribute most to Aaron. He is fantastic in programming and teaching various lifts, exercises, and movements to achieve our desired result. However, I've grown the most from his mindset behind "why" we are doing what we are. He has a great way of getting the most out of you. Pushing my mental limits to understand I'm capable of more. I appreciate his attention to not letting you settle for mediocrity.

I’ve worked with Aaron both one-on-one in personal training as well as in a class setting. Hands down, he is the best coach I have ever worked with. When I started with Konza Stregth, I was on a difficult road to recovery after the birth of my son, and Aaron helped me immensely with my not only my physical strength but also my mental fortitude. He believed in me when I most certainly did not. Aaron is a deep well of knowledge who very seriously cares about each and every person who walks through the doors of the gym. He wants the people he works with to be the best versions of themselves in every part of their lives (both in and out of the gym) and I so appreciate that!

I have worked with several personal trainers over the years and Aaron is by far the most knowledgeable, thoughtful and careful when it comes to my training. I have had issues with sciatica and spinal stenosis. Aaron thinks about and offers alternatives to my workouts that helps prevent further injury and helps strengthen my back and legs. I so respect the fact that he is interested in continuing to learn and works to build a community that is inclusive.
