Why you got started in fitness?
I was a college kid with no real organized fitness experience and the group fitness classes looked fun so I jumped into taking Zumba and the love/obsession for everything fitness was developed from there.
Why you continue with fitness?
Personally, it is the only time I get to live in the moment. Having a focus for that amount of time lowers my stress and anxiety levels. Besides that, it is a very rewarding job and there is always so much to learn.
