Why did you get started in fitness?
Sports- being a stronger, well rounded athlete translated to better performance during sports.
Why do you continue with fitness?
It is a never ending challenge i.e. I just reached that goal, what is next? It’s kind of transformed from personal goals to coaching others to reach their strength and fitness goals.
