What got you started in fitness?
I started wanting to be a better soccer player. I started coaching fitness because of the incredible value it has brought to my life.
Why do you continue with fitness?
My long term vision for my life is to be mobile and able-bodied in my elder years. I never want to be physically restricted from doing anything I want to do if I can control it. Mentally I have found it to be therapeutic and challenging as well. I hope to be an example of what it can be for others.
