Why you got started in fitness?
I grew up playing sports (softball, basketball, volleyball, & track) and was always very active and competitive. My brothers always pushed me to be the best I could be. I never wanted to get “old” and not be able to do daily life activities. My oldest brother is also a personal trainer and owns a gym in Michigan. I have always looked up to him, so he initially sparked my interest in making fitness my career.

Why you continue with fitness?
It is such a rewarding job, helping others is why God put me on this earth. I enjoy making people’s lives much more enjoyable when they can think, move, and feel better. Fitness is definitely a passion of mine, but nutrition is my number one passion.

Favorite Book?
Recreational, “The Bible”
Fitness related, “How to Eat, Move, and be Healthy” by Paul Chek

Favorite Movie?
I would never not watch “Dumb & Dumber”; a good laugh is always great for the soul.

Do you have a theme song?
I have many theme songs, it depends on the day!

Favorite food?
Chips and salsa/guacamole.

I started working with Brooke first as a fellow athlete. Best word to describe Brooke is fun! She brings a great atmosphere to the gym and class. Brooke is strong leader by example. When she isn't coaching she's along side competing in the classes with us. I can always appreciate her willingness to help us improve.

Brooke is an amazing trainer and coach!! She took me on with opening arms year half ago with personal training. I was very nervous and uptight that first day we introduced our selves. Do to I knew had lot of work to do to build up my strength. The nervous all changed when I found out the kind she was. With the sweet, kind person she. She has made me so stronger in year half I have been with on person training or on line training. In the last few month's I have a bicep muscle tendon and shoulder issue. She has modified several workouts to where we could still do personal training each week. There is no one better then Brooke Boatright!

Brooke is an amazing coach & athlete. I first started working with her as my personal trainer when I had a knee injury from running. She worked with me doing physical therapy & modified workouts until I recovered. I honestly wouldn’t be in the shape I’m in without her help! I had the injury for over six months with no relief until I started working with her. Now, I’m a regular at Konza and love when she is coaching! She is fun, energetic, and always a positive person. She has a great playlist to keep us motivated during workouts and is always by your side with answers & help. Highly recommend.
