Why you got started in fitness?
I’ve always loved running.  After I finished my first marathon in 2011, I started practicing yoga as a way to improve mobility and destress.  Then in 2014, I decided to try Crossfit in order to build strength and stability.  For me, a balance between yoga and functional fitness has provided me with the strength, mobility, and mindfulness I need to live a healthy life in all regards.

Why you continue with fitness?
I started coaching and teaching yoga simply because I want others to feel good in their own bodies and minds.
